Champion's UK Operations Named Finalist for Industry People Development Award

Champion Technologies UK Ltd has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Oil & Gas UK Award for People Development (sponsored by the University of Aberdeen).

Malcolm Webb, Oil & Gas UK's chief executive, said: "The awards ceremony this year not only recognizes the contribution being made by a new generation of industry employees and their mentors, but also highlights the importance of investment in people and their development. The new award for People Development will give due recognition to organizations which realize, appreciate and develop their most important asset their people.

Champion Technologies is shortlisted alongside Production Services Network (PSN) and Weatherford in the People Development category. The winner will be announced at an Awards ceremony on Thursday 5th November.

Oil & Gas UK is the leading representative body for the UK offshore oil and gas industry. It is a not-for-profit organization, established in April 2007 but with a pedigree stretching back over 30 years.
